Right now my current obsession is pandas. I usually will only have 1 obsession at a time. I roar the web looking for panda pictures, I doodle pandas on any empty scrap of paper, I daydream of playing in tall grass with baby pandas.

photobooth friday...uneventful

so i am having brain farts about photobooth friday so i just make faces at the camera...and then i got this face and then i got a picture of me laughing at this picture.
i laugh at myself a lot. more than any human really should, but life is too short to take it too seriously!
i hope more creative things will come soon! i have been going through flickr and seeing all the fun elsie/rachel autumn class projects and it is truly inspiring and revs up those creative juices a bit.

tied up your skates...it's time to derby

i have had a huge fasination and respect for roller derby! i love the toughness and grittiness of it! i love the fun nicknames and awesome costumes. i love the unity of friendships of women from different backgrounds...all for the sport called roller derby!

i am super excited for this movie to come out!! it has my favorite people in the whole world in it. drew barrymore, ellen page and kristen wiig!!

so i have a headache and get this look on my face when i am thinking about things...then i wonder if people look at me and wonder if am mad or something.
nope not mad or sad or anything...just thinking LOL!!

I am a little sad that I can not take this, this fall.

But can't afford it right now and still have many items not finished from the last one. I at least get to see all my blogger friends making these fabulous crafts!!

This weekend we plan on going to Oktoberfest...so that should make for some fun pictures!

little late with photobooth friday

hello everyone, sorry photobooth friday comes on saturday. i went and had a lovely dinner last night with my friend sari, viva and alex...who happens to be getting married in 2 months! there will be a lot going on the next 2 months and i will make sure to try and post the fun activities.

oh, i know! i have been MIA! there has been things going on...and things that haven't. i won't make excuses...i have just been trying to not be on as much!
i have missed my online buddies and hopefully you have missed me too!
but in any case. i have a photobooth friday edition!
sitting outside, enjoying the cooler, cloudy weather and wearing scarfs...the best accessory ever!

i need a hair cut, super bad...it is drab. no dimension, no color. i am thinking of cutting it like this:
this is Cassandra from Hey Monday! When we were bowling last night, a music video popped up and I was like "i love her hair" so i think this is what i will do!

i have a new job and this new job sent me to Seattle last week! it was beautiful and i didn't want to come back to the flat Texas...someday i will visit again and explore! this is a picture of Mt. Rainier from the plane...the plane that is just flying by a mountain!
The tip of it is above the clouds, I was so amazed by this and spent the whole week telling people what I had seen. I think they thought I was crazy!

i am excited for autumn, i am excited for the 3 day weekend, i am excited to see old friends tonight and meet new ones. i am excited for game night with new co-workers/old friends and mostly excited, because i have missed the blog world...so leave me lots of comments and love.
